Kuding Tea is a unique and bitter tasting medicinal tea that helps lower inflammation, remove toxins, aid digestion, improve circulation, relieve headache and alleviate cough and cold symptoms. In traditional Chinese medicine, Kuding tea has also been used in to treat obesity, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hyperlipidemia and various other diseases.
For starters, use only half of one Kuding tea leaf and gradually increase to 2-3 leaves after getting used to the bitterness of the tea. Kuding tea leaf can be steeped multiple times and drink until no more flavour left.
