Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 15 days of your purchase with proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus the restocking fee and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact our customer service.

We require signature for all deliveries. Shipping fee can’t be refunded If package is returned to use due to lack of signature. To send out the package to you again, a shipping fee will be charged. 

Non-returnable items

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Items returned more than 15 days after the date of purchase
  • Items that are opened, damaged, expired or otherwise not in saleable condition;
  • Items sold at a discounted price via a promotion, clearance, or coupon code;
  • Any free gift with purchase or samples;
  • Any products sold in bulk and or gift-boxed.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. Please notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect products within 48 hours of receiving the goods by contacting our customer service. Please Note that All USA, China and International SALES ARE FINAL.

Please Note: Packages are sometimes returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect address, custom restrictions, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or receiver unavailable to accept delivery. In such case, the package will be refunded to the original payment method in the total amount of order less the shipping and handling charges, and 15 percent restocking fee.

If the cost to return the product to us is higher than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier company to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s). Ace Nutritions Inc. reserves the right to the final explanation of the terms and conditions set out in case of dispute.
