Shipping Cost

Canada: free shipping on orders over $99.  Order below $99 will be charged with a flat shipping fee of $20.00. 

USA: free shipping on orders over $200. Order below $150 will be charged with a flat shipping fee of $25.

Shipping costs to any other destinations are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which the order is to be shipped, the charges will be provided once you begin the checkout process.

Delivery Time

For orders ship within Canada and to the USA, please allow 3-8 business days for shipment to arrive.  International orders may take 1-4 weeks depending on the contents, method of shipping, and location.  During the holiday season and or bad weather conditions, please allow for additional time to ship. Business days means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Multiple Packages

Depending on the contents and shipping location, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

International Orders

is not responsible for any taxes, duties, custom fees, restrictions, and or any other regulations administered by countries outside of Canada. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their Customs office on import regulations and restrictions. Ace Nutritions Inc. will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

Inventory

In the event that one your items is out of stock, your order will not be delay as we will ship out the rest of your order. You will be notified of the out-of-stock item.

All online purchases will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without further notice.

Shipping charges include insurance of up to $100 Canadian. Ace Nutritions Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
