How to use ginseng chips?
To make a cup of tea, use 1-1.5 tsp of ginseng chips, add boiling water, steep for 4-5 minutes and enjoy! Ginseng chips can be steeped multiple times and then eaten if desired. To adjust the taste, use more or less ginseng chips and add honey/jujubes/goji berries/ rose buds/etc if desired. Tea balls and strainers are recommended.
To make soup ( chicken soup), add 1-1.5 tbsp of ginseng slices when soup is almost done and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
