Ginseng Reishi & Goji Tea 5 Packs 花旗参灵芝枸杞养生茶

$12.99

This premium herbal blend brings together three of the most revered botanicals in traditional Chinese wellness: Canadian ginseng, reishi mushroom, and goji berries. Ontario Ginseng provides adaptogenic energy and cognitive support, reishi offers deep immune modulation and calming properties, while goji berries deliver antioxidant protection and liver-kidney nourishment.

This formula follows the classical Chinese wellness principle of "one tonifies, one calms, one protects." In traditional formulas like (Ginseng-Goji-Reishi Tea), ginseng is paired with reishi and goji to create a balanced tonic that addresses multiple aspects of health simultaneously .

  • Ginseng provides the energizing, adaptogenic foundation — supporting Qi (vital energy), cognitive function, and immune defense

  • Reishi adds a calming, immune-modulating dimension — traditionally used to "settle the spirit" while supporting the body's natural defenses

  • Goji berries supply antioxidant and nourishing support — protecting cells while tonifying the liver and kidneys

The result is a wellness infusion that supports sustained energy without overstimulation, layered immune resilience, and everyday calm focus—all in one grounding, earthy cup.

Please note: Reishi mushroom has a naturally bitter, earthy flavor. This bitterness is a sign of its active triterpenoid compounds and is completely normal. The goji berries and ginseng add a subtle sweetness and depth that balance the blend, but if you prefer a milder cup, simply add a touch of honey or steep for a shorter time.

Brewing Instructions

Each serving is individually packed in a clear pouch for freshness and convenience. Open the pouch and pour the herbs directly into a cup or mug. Add 250–300 mL of hot water and steep for 5–8 minutes, or adjust the steeping time to your preferred strength.

For easier drinking, use a tea strainer or infuser to separate the herbs from the brewed tea. The same herbs may be reinfused 2–3 additional times, adjusting the steeping time to taste.
