Bi Luo Chun from Jiangsu Province is one of China’s ten famous teas. The tea name refers to the colour, the shape of the leaves and the spring harvest time. Bi Luo Chun which means “Green Snail Spring” is renowned for its rich vegetal flavour. It is a fresh, vibrant and aromatic green tea with a clean yet lingering sweet finish.
