Directions

Adults 18 years and older: take 1 capsule twice daily with meals. Separate by a few hours from supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.

Each vegetable capsule contains:

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, aerial parts; 4:1 extract, equivalent to 300 mg dry herb) — 75 mg

Ginger (Zingiber officinale, rhizome; 4:1 extract, equivalent to 240 mg dry herb) — 60 mg

Black cumin (Nigella sativa, whole plant; 10:1 extract, equivalent to 500 mg dry herb) — 50 mg

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris, leaf; 4:1 extract, equivalent to 212 mg dry herb) — 53 mg

Forsythia (Forsythia suspensa, root; 10:1 extract, equivalent to 450 mg dry herb) — 45 mg

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed; 4:1 extract, equivalent to 300 mg dry herb) — 75 mg

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus, root; 20:1 extract, equivalent to 1,300 mg dry herb; 50% polysaccharides) — 65 mg

Magnesium ascorbate — 85 mg

NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) — 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), hypromellose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or sleeplessness lasts more than 4 weeks. Consult before use if you have kidney stones, diabetes or an autoimmune disorder. Avoid alcohol and products causing drowsiness. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding, or with antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Diarrhea or drowsiness may occur; use caution when driving, operating machinery or doing tasks requiring alertness. Stop use if allergy, hypersensitivity or gastrointestinal upset occurs.
