Tie Guan Yin is one of the most famous Chinese teas from Anxi regions in Fujian Province. This classic oolong tea is also known as Iron Goddess of Mercy or Ti Kuan Yin. Zheng Wei Tie Guan Yin is also classified as Qing Xiang (light fragrance and green color) type of oolong tea with unique and complex characteristics when infused. Zheng Wei Tie Guan Yin has a sharper flavor with sour elements even in it’s aroma. This tea offers interesting depth to the flavor and a strong finish that lingers in the back of the mouth.

Steep Time:  2-3 minutes 

Water Temperature: 95°C-100°C (203°F-212°F)
