Tie Guan Yin is one of the most famous Chinese teas from Anxi regions in Fujian Province. This classic oolong tea is also known as Iron Goddess of Mercy or Ti Kuan Yin. Tie Guan Yin has a very distinctive flavor and is often enjoyed using “Gong Fu Cha” style brewing method which requires smaller brewing vessels, plenty tea leaves, short steeps and multiple infusions. Qing Xiang Tie Guan Yin is an elegant oolong with light floral fragrance, mellow smooth flavor and a pleasantly lingering delicate sweet aftertaste.  

Ingredients: Fujian Oolong Tea

Fermentation: Medium Semi Fermented 

Steeping Time: 2-3 minutes or 20-50 seconds between infusion with Gong Fu Cha steeping method

Water Temperature: 95°C-100°C ( 203°F-212°F)
